YAAZHAI

1. Pass Validity

The YAAZHAI Heritage Pass is valid for 3 months from the date of activation. The YAAZHAI Heritage Subscription is valid for 1 year from the date of activation. Validity is based on the activation date, not necessarily the date of purchase. Once the validity period expires, access to subscriber-only content and experiences will be discontinued unless renewed.

2. Access & Account

Each pass is intended for one registered user/account unless otherwise specified. Login credentials must not be shared, resold, transferred, or commercially distributed. YAAZHAI may restrict or suspend accounts involved in unauthorised sharing, misuse, or fraudulent activity. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3. Website & VR Access

Pass holders receive access to the YAAZHAI website and eligible VR experiences available during their validity period. VR experiences may require a compatible smartphone, browser, headset or other supported equipment. Certain experiences may temporarily be unavailable due to technical maintenance, updates, photography, development, or other operational reasons. YAAZHAI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every experience at all times.

4. New Heritage Sites

Any additional heritage site or experience officially introduced by YAAZHAI during the active validity period of a pass will be made available to eligible pass holders without requiring a separate access purchase, unless specifically stated otherwise.

5. Content & Experience Updates

YAAZHAI may update, improve, modify, replace or reorganise website content, VR experiences, features and educational material. Historical and archaeological content may be updated when new research, documentation or verified information becomes available. The availability of particular content may change as the platform develops.

6. Heritage Subscription — Guided Tour

For the 1-year subscription, the complimentary guided tour is limited to one tour per subscription period. The tour will be conducted at a monument selected/designated by YAAZHAI. The tour is subject to monument access, permissions, operating conditions, weather, safety requirements and availability. Prior booking/registration may be required. The complimentary tour does not automatically include transportation, accommodation, food, entry fees, photography fees, parking or other personal expenses, unless explicitly stated by YAAZHAI. If a tour cannot be conducted due to circumstances beyond YAAZHAI's reasonable control, YAAZHAI may offer a rescheduled date or an alternative eligible experience.

7. Priority Access

Heritage Subscription holders may receive priority consideration for newly introduced guided tours, events and heritage experiences, subject to availability, capacity and applicable permissions.

8. Tour Conduct

Users must follow the rules and instructions of the monument, authorities, guides and YAAZHAI representatives. Users must not damage, touch, climb on, deface or otherwise interfere with protected heritage structures or artefacts. Photography, recording and equipment use must comply with the rules applicable to the monument. YAAZHAI reserves the right to refuse participation in a tour where a participant's conduct creates a safety, security or heritage-preservation concern.

9. Cancellation / Rescheduling of Tours

Guided tours must be cancelled or rescheduled within the period specified at the time of booking. Missed tours or late cancellations may be treated as the complimentary tour being utilised.

10. Pass Transfer & Resale

Passes are non-transferable unless YAAZHAI explicitly permits transfer. Passes cannot be resold or commercially redistributed. Promotional, complimentary or institutional passes may have additional restrictions.

11. Payments, Renewal & Refunds

Pre-registration is free, is not a purchase and creates no payment obligation; payment is requested only when a pass opens. Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase. After payment, the payment screenshot must be submitted for verification; the pass will be activated only after payment confirmation. Renewal is not automatic unless YAAZHAI explicitly introduces and enables an auto-renewal option. Refund eligibility will be governed by YAAZHAI's applicable refund/cancellation policy and applicable law. Once a digital pass has been activated or used, refunds may be subject to restrictions disclosed at purchase.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, photographs, VR experiences, videos, audio, illustrations, graphics, written material, designs, branding, logos and other original material made available through YAAZHAI remain the intellectual property of YAAZHAI or their respective rights holders. Content may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, commercially exploited, scraped, republished or sold without written permission. Purchasing a pass grants access, not ownership of the underlying content. Screenshots or personal-use copies must not be presented as YAAZHAI content or commercially redistributed.

13. Third-Party Content

Some educational material may reference or incorporate information, sources, photographs, archival material or other resources belonging to third parties. Appropriate attribution will be provided where applicable, and such material remains subject to the rights of its respective owners.

14. Historical / Educational Disclaimer

YAAZHAI's content is created for educational, cultural and heritage-exploration purposes. Historical interpretations, reconstructions, visualisations and explanatory material may represent current research or interpretive understanding and should not be treated as a substitute for official archaeological, conservation or academic documentation.

15. Heritage-Site Access

Access to physical monuments, protected sites and heritage locations is subject to the rules, timings, permissions and restrictions of the respective authorities. A YAAZHAI pass does not independently grant permission to enter restricted or protected areas.

16. Technical Requirements

Users are responsible for having a compatible device and internet connection. VR performance may vary depending on device specifications, browser, network conditions and headset. YAAZHAI is not responsible for problems caused by unsupported devices, poor connectivity or third-party hardware/software.

17. Business Pass

YAAZHAI Business Passes are intended exclusively for professional, institutional and B2B use. Business access is provided according to the agreed scope. Custom services are subject to a separate quotation/agreement where applicable. Additional development, content creation, VR production, guided services, licensing or technical services may carry additional charges. Business access cannot be transferred to unrelated organisations or used beyond the agreed scope. Any custom deliverables remain subject to the intellectual-property terms agreed between YAAZHAI and the organisation.

18. Suspension / Termination

YAAZHAI may suspend or terminate access where there is fraudulent activity; unauthorised account sharing; resale or redistribution; misuse of YAAZHAI content; attempted hacking or disruption; violation of heritage-site rules; or other serious misuse of the platform.

19. Changes to Terms

YAAZHAI may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on the YAAZHAI website will apply to future purchases and, where appropriate, continued use of the platform.
